We aren’t doing big movements in this practice. Rather, we are controlling our movement, holding poses, and warming up our muscles so that we can move from challenging the muscle groups to stretching and lengthening them. In the process, we work to increase range of motion. This practice is great for anyone who wants to maintain strength while also staying limber. Enjoy!
